Dear Summerlyn Owner

Surely, everyone is aware of the snow fall and the significant accumulations which have been forecast for Rehoboth Beach and all of Sussex County. We wanted to send out information to owners on our snow plan, so you can know what to expect.

Today, plows will be only on neighborhood roads to attempt to keep one lane open for emergency vehicles, should they be needed. The final clean-up will happen early tomorrow morning and hopefully will result in a return to normalcy travel wise Tuesday afternoon. The governor has declared a State of Emergency which includes a driving restriction. Many businesses are also closed, so we encourage you to stay home today and allow crews both inside and outside the community to made roads safe for travel.

Crews will be onsite Tuesday to hand shovel the walkways as well.

Stay safe and warm and enjoy the last snow fall of the year…we hope!!!

Thanks,
