To my fellow Summerlyn Home Owners.

Recently, several incidences have been brought to the attention of The Board. They are concerning for many reasons. Perhaps the most disturbing reason is the almost certainty of increased fees and decreased value of our community. Among the issues are dogs being walked thru out the community instead of designated areas, creating walkways thru the shrubs and plant beds, screens that need to be replaced, misuse of the parking areas by both children and vehicles, inappropriate disposal of smoking products, lack of attention to potential and actual plumbing problems, and a lack of supervision to children in the common areas. We all want Summerlyn to continue to be a welcoming, safe and lovely community. It is imperative that we all do our part to maintain it. If you rent your condos, please check on a regular basis that plumbing and common areas nearby are in good shape. If you see something that needs addressing in the community, advise Seascape with as much information as you can. There is a program in place for fines, and it will be enforced for the betterment of your investment and experience.
