Our community is managed by Alamo Management Group (AMG). If you live in Summerlyn and have any questions, please contact them.

Please put “Summerlyn” at the beginning of your subject line when sending AMG an email. They manage multiple communities, so this will help it be routed to the right person more promptly.

Board meetings

The board of directors has five meetings per year: four quarterly meetings and one annual meeting. These meetings are open to all homeowners in Summerlyn.

These meetings’ dates, times, and locations (which may be virtual) are visible in the Homeowner Portal. Once you log in, there is a calendar on the front page. There are also Events and Calendar links in the left sidebar, both of which list scheduled board meetings.

Social media

The board of directors manages an official Summerlyn POA Facebook group that’s limited to board and committee announcements.
