Committees

We have four committees:

• Social: the social committee plans and runs social events for our community throughout the year.
• Flag: the flag committee ensures our flags are in good condition and raises, lowers, and stows them when needed.
• Amenities: the amenities committee keeps an eye on our common areas and reports issues to our management company.
• Architectural Control: the architecture control committee (ACC) reviews changes that homeowners want to make to their homes and landscapes.

Board of directors

We have five resident board members, elected to 2-year terms. There is an election every year for at least two seats. To become a board candidate, please contact our management company.
